• Digital Marketing & AI Performance Assessment: your answers to the questionnaire, your email, your phone number, and — optionally — your business name and business type.
• Contact form: your name, email, company (optional) and the content of your message.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies or behavioral analytics on this site.

• Calculate and send your assessment score.
• Contact you to propose a call or answer your request.
• Improve our offers and communication based on aggregate trends.

Processing is based on your explicit consent (form submission) and on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Your data is retained for the duration necessary for commercial follow-up, and for a maximum of 36 months after last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.

Your data is used by the ATTENTIVLY SAS team. It may be hosted by our technical subprocessors (site and database hosting provider), bound by the same confidentiality obligations.
